 My Fitness Pal keeps a running total of the number of calories you’ve consumed for the day, 
      but it also keeps a count of calories you’ve burned. My big "duh" moment for the day was, 
      the more calories you burn, the more food you can eat. p.s. – a leisurely walk around the block to the west of my house is worth 65 calories. The More You Know!
