Van Winkle Special Reserve
12yr at a restaurant in Las Colinas, TX.
It has the same buttery smoothness as Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve 15yr.
I sipped it neat, and it paired beautifully with a bone-in ribeye.
Completely worth it.
